Cancellations

Please tell us at least 24 hours ahead if you cannot come, so someone else can take the time. Call or text the office you booked.

Clean needles and safety

Needles are sterile, single-use and thrown away after one patient. We wash our hands between patients and clean the skin before needling. Your acupuncturist explains the risks before any treatment.

Herb safety

Herbs can interact with medicines. Bring us a list of everything you take, and show your doctor or pharmacist any formula we give you.

Access

Tell us if you need a ground-floor room, a longer visit, a quiet room or help with forms, and we will arrange it before you arrive.

Your records

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows.
