Four ways we work, in both offices
Most visits are acupuncture. Your acupuncturist says what they plan, and you can say no to any part.
Fine, sterile, single-use needles at a few chosen points, with time to rest. Most visits are this.
A tea formula, called hanyak, chosen after your acupuncturist checks everything you take.
Warm cups on the back and shoulders, usually as part of an acupuncture visit.
Gentle radiant warmth held over a point, often added at the end of a visit.

Book a first visit and say you would like acupuncture. Your acupuncturist will talk with you, suggest what fits, and add nothing without asking.
